Our Marketing & PR department is the #1 point of contact when inspiring sales decks and sales documents for digital or print are required. In addition, the planning, organisation and successful implementation of sales marketing events is in the hands of the marketing team. The colleagues always keep an eye on our online presences and our social media area is also anchored in marketing. This is where our exciting blog articles and posts for all networks and much more are created.
If you are looking for good advertising and attractive advertising media, our Creative Service is the right place for you. The CS team is in direct contact with Sales and ACCM at all times, as well as with the direct and agency clients themselves. Here we work with images, text and video, design advertising media, create advertising messages and texts. A lot of know-how, linguistic feeling and, of course, creativity goes into every single native ad mock-up and final campaign advertising material. In cooperation with the marketing and social media team, the creative service also writes exciting articles and posts.
Business Development & Product Management
In our Business Development & Product Management department, trends and product ideas are translated into concrete business plans, technical requirement catalogues and concrete customer offers. Here, everything revolves around the further development of our existing product portfolio as well as the planning, conception and establishment of new successful products. The team always has an open ear for innovative product ideas and masterfully holds the suspense until a brand new product is presented with a drum roll.
Yield & Reach und Project Management
The Yield & Reach Team is responsible for the operational publisher management: the support and development of our existing publishers, coordination of the technical connection, KPI controlling and much more. In addition to reach controlling and the acquisition and support of 3rd party partners, the colleagues also work on data protection issues. Our finance team oversees all accounting and finance-related issues. Our colleagues have an unrivalled command of communication with clients, tax firms and financial authorities. They ensure smooth payment and booking processes and have all finance reports and analyses at their fingertips.
Our human resources team focuses on our employees. Colleagues who we welcome to our team have contact with the HR colleagues at least once in the course of their application process. In this department, HR-relevant processes are designed, such as our onboarding and offboarding. In addition, the team is active in recruiting, conducts interviews and leads our office management team.
